• Sattu Flour makes for nutritious diet for every group. Since it is easy to digest, it can be used as an “eat your fill” food item. You can have sattu flour with milk or jaggery and/or sugar, if you prefer to have it as Kheer (Sweet Indian pudding). Diabetics can have this flour in a savoury recipe by adding buttermilk, some salt and cumin powder to it. You can roast sattu flour using pure ghee and add either sugar or jaggery to make tasty and nutritious Laddus (Traditional Indian sweet).

Continuous cleaning and sanitation process is important part of our operations. For better shelf life every grain goes through medically safe fumigation process for 1-3 days period resulting into zero pest infiltrations of product.
