  • K-Pra Chana Masala is a ready-to-use masala.
  • Kala Chana is high in protein but hard to digest, so the right spices and herbs are mixed to make this masala tasty and aid in digestion!
  • Kala Chana Recipe
    • • Heat 1½ tbsp of ghee in a cooker. Saute onion paste of 3 medium sized onions till it turns brown • Add 1 tsp of Ginger – garlic paste. Saute it for 1-2 min • Add 1 medium sized chopped tomato and saute it.
    • Add 6 tsp of K-Pra Zatpat Kala Chana Masala and 200 gms soaked Kala Chana. Mix well and saute for 2 min • Add 300 ml of water and pressure cook it for 7-8 whistles • Garnish it with finely chopped Coriander leaves • Serve hot.
  • You can add this spice to any mixed vegetable as a flavour booster.

    Coriander seeds, Edible common salt, Red chilli powder, Cumin seeds, Cassia, Black cardamom, Turmeric, Poppy seeds, Cloves, Cassia leaf, Fennel seeds, Black pepper, Black stone flower, Black salt, Citric acid (E330).
