- Add it to regular dal or use it to season dal-khichadi with vegetables to enhance its taste.

- Sambar Recipe
- • Heat 3 tsp of refined oil in a deep pan. Add ½ tsp of mustard seeds • Add 1½ small bowl of chopped onion and tomato each and 1 small bowl of bottle guard chopped in medium size. • Add 10-15 curry leaves to it • Add 150 ml of water & boil it for 5-7 mins • Add ½ tsp tamarind juice, 6 Tbsp of K-Pra Zatpat Sambar Masala • Add 50 gms of cooked Split pigeon peas (tur dal) and bring it to boil • Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves • Serve hot.
- You can add this spice in any Rice preparation.
- This masala contains salt & chili powder. Although you may add the same as required to taste.
